"Jack" Coghill, one of the last surviving signers of the Alaska Constitution, will make a presentation about his autobiography, answer questions, and sign copies of his book "Growing up in Alaska. The event will be held at the Public Conference Room at the Loussac Library, 3600 Denali St., in Anchorage, from 1 to 3 p.m., Saturday, November 28th.
