Alaska Aviation Museum

The Alaska Aviation Heritage Museum's mission is to "preserve, display, and honor Alaska's aviation heritage."

The museum's purposes are:

* To preserve and display historic aircraft, aviation artifacts, and memorabilia - particularly those that contributed to the development and progress of aviation in Alaska
* To foster citizen interest in aviation careers and awareness of aviation history
* To establish alliances with educational institutions at all levels
* To honor the pioneers of Alaska aviation
