The restaurant specializes in continental and American cuisine, with an emphasis on traditional French haute cuisine. Entrees offered a la carte were a mix of upscale red meat and seafood choices. The dishes are well-prepared and presented. The Corsair features one of the largest wine cellars in Alaska and has been recognized by Wine Spectator magazine for several years; however, there could be more wines in the lower price range.
