History; 50th Anniversary of East High School opening, 2nd high school in Anchorage.
50th East/West Reunion Fri 6/29 School tours/picnic. Evening "Meet/ Greet" Atwood Mansion and Sat 6/30 dinner and live music at Atwood Hall, Alaska Pacific University. In 1962 only Jr High was downtown. At West High we were split into East & West for athletic competitions around the Alaska with the location split in the middle of 1962 Senior Year.
