Maxine's Glacier City Bistro

Maxine's used to be Max's, a Mexican-food joint with pool tables and a laid-back vibe. Maxine's is still relaxed, but it has been transformed into a restaurant that can compete with and probably best much of the competition in Anchorage. The prices are astonishing for the type of food served. Maxine's is a perfect getaway restaurant that isn't too casual and doesn't cost as much as other fine-dining restaurants in the area.
